You can head to our "Returns & Exchanges" portal here to start the returns process:

1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges center 

2. Enter your order number and email address to start

3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
