What is ANTA's return & exchange policy?Updated 5 months ago

At ANTA,  your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love your purchase. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our straightforward Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy:

Eligible Items for Return:

We happily accept returns for New In Box, apparel, and accessory purchases in the same condition as when shipped. However, please note that items listed as "Final Sale" on the checkout page, as well as special items (e.g., Limited Edition, Sample, Exclusive, Custom, Defect, Pre-Release), and any used or auction items, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This policy applies exclusively to items purchased from website.

Return Eligibility Period:

You have a generous 30-day window after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Return:

When sending an item back to us, please ensure the following criteria are met:

● Include the return label provided by us; returns won't be processed without them.

● Items must be in the same condition as when sent – including original tags, no damage, no creases (especially for sneakers), and all original packaging.

● Ship the item(s) back within 5 days of receiving your return label. The evaluation process may take up to 7 days, and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.

How to Start a Return:

1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges center

2. Enter your order number and email address to start

3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Please note that we reserve the right to inspect the condition of the item before accepting any returns, exchanges, or refunds, and you'll cover the shipping and handling charges for any rejected items.

Defective or Wrong Item:

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong one, contact us at [email protected] immediately so we can make it right.


We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your returned item. Once processed, we'll refund you the item(s) amount, excluding shipping costs and any priority processing fee paid, within 15 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If your return request isn't approved, we'll let you know via email. If more than 30 business days pass after approval, contact us at [email protected].


If the size isn't right, no worries! We offer one free exchange for your order. Follow these steps:

1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges center

2. Enter your order number and email address to start

3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

The exchanged item isn't eligible for further exchange or refund unless it's defective. We don't offer direct exchanges; go through our return process and place a new order. We'll provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return, and your new order will include free standard shipping.

Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable, as indicated on the product page, including items designated as final sale and Limited Edition.

Abuse of Policy:

Fraudulent returns, violations, or abuse of our policy may lead to the limitation or suspension of return privileges.

Other Terms:

● We may collect consumer information for returns/exchanges and reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts.

● All shipping risks are borne by you; we aren't responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.


We may amend the terms of this policy at any time without notice.
